Creative Senior Portrait Experiences
A more involved portrait season built around personal style, confidence, and intentional imagery.
Senior Ambassador Team
The Artistry by Thomas Kay Ambassador Team is a selective program for juniors and seniors who want intentional imagery, creative session opportunities, and a meaningful role in sharing the portrait experience with friends, families, and classmates.
Class of 2027 Ambassador Team
Artistry by Thomas Kay, formerly Thomas Kay Photography, is based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and serves Bethlehem, Quakertown, Richlandtown, and surrounding communities with portraiture, performance, and creative imagery with intention.
The Ambassador Team is a small group of selected students who represent Artistry by Thomas Kay throughout the senior portrait season. Ambassadors receive a more involved portrait experience, opportunities for creative sessions, and referral-based incentives while helping introduce friends and families to the brand.
The program is designed for students who enjoy being photographed, are comfortable sharing their experience, and want senior portraits that feel personal, polished, and intentionally created.

Ambassadors are selected to represent the brand in a positive and professional way. The expectations should be clear before applying so students and parents understand the commitment.
Because ambassador programs may involve incentives, discounts, referral rewards, gifted sessions, or other benefits, ambassadors should use clear disclosure language when recommending Artistry by Thomas Kay online. Examples may include "Artistry by Thomas Kay Ambassador" or "I'm part of the Artistry Ambassador Team." This is a practical disclosure reminder, not legal advice.
The Ambassador Team should be exciting for students and clear for families. Parent or guardian approval is required for minors, and all program details, costs, expectations, image use, model release terms, and referral incentives should be reviewed before participation begins.
Applications are reviewed based on fit, reliability, enthusiasm, communication, and the student's interest in participating in a creative portrait experience. Selection is intentionally limited so each ambassador can receive attention and a high-quality experience.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Applications Open
Applications are currently open for selected juniors and seniors. The application process will collect student contact information, parent or guardian contact information, school and graduation year, social links, activities, creative session ideas, and confirmation that the applicant understands program terms, releases, and disclosure expectations.
A native application form should only be connected after a verified mail handler, CRM endpoint, Sytist form, or secure external form is ready. Until then, this configurable CTA avoids collecting applicant information insecurely.
The program is primarily designed for juniors and seniors, but the exact eligibility can be adjusted each year.
