Class of 2027 Ambassador Team

What is the Ambassador Team?

Artistry by Thomas Kay, formerly Thomas Kay Photography, is based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and serves Bethlehem, Quakertown, Richlandtown, and surrounding communities with portraiture, performance, and creative imagery with intention.

The Ambassador Team is a small group of selected students who represent Artistry by Thomas Kay throughout the senior portrait season. Ambassadors receive a more involved portrait experience, opportunities for creative sessions, and referral-based incentives while helping introduce friends and families to the brand.

The program is designed for students who enjoy being photographed, are comfortable sharing their experience, and want senior portraits that feel personal, polished, and intentionally created.

What is expected of ambassadors?

Ambassadors are selected to represent the brand in a positive and professional way. The expectations should be clear before applying so students and parents understand the commitment.

  • Participate in the required ambassador session or launch session
  • Allow selected images to be used for Artistry by Thomas Kay marketing, subject to a signed model release
  • Share approved images and experiences on social media when appropriate
  • Tag Artistry by Thomas Kay when sharing ambassador images
  • Clearly disclose the ambassador relationship when posting recommendations, referral links, incentives, gifted sessions, discounts, or other material connections
  • Refer friends or classmates who may be interested in senior portraits
  • Provide honest feedback or testimonials when comfortable
  • Communicate respectfully and reliably
  • Follow all safety, scheduling, and session guidelines
  • Parent or guardian signature is required for minors

Because ambassador programs may involve incentives, discounts, referral rewards, gifted sessions, or other benefits, ambassadors should use clear disclosure language when recommending Artistry by Thomas Kay online. Examples may include "Artistry by Thomas Kay Ambassador" or "I'm part of the Artistry Ambassador Team." This is a practical disclosure reminder, not legal advice.

For parents and guardians

The Ambassador Team should be exciting for students and clear for families. Parent or guardian approval is required for minors, and all program details, costs, expectations, image use, model release terms, and referral incentives should be reviewed before participation begins.

  • Parent or guardian consent is required for minors
  • A model release is required before images are used in marketing
  • Program costs and inclusions should be clearly reviewed before acceptance
  • Safety and professionalism are prioritized at all sessions
  • Scheduling, transportation, and communication expectations should be understood before joining
  • Referral incentives and social sharing expectations should be transparent

How ambassadors are selected

Applications are reviewed based on fit, reliability, enthusiasm, communication, and the student's interest in participating in a creative portrait experience. Selection is intentionally limited so each ambassador can receive attention and a high-quality experience.

  1. Submit the application
  2. Parent or guardian review if the applicant is under 18
  3. Applications are reviewed by Artistry by Thomas Kay
  4. Selected students receive next-step details
  5. Program agreement and model release are completed before participation begins

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

A native application form should only be connected after a verified mail handler, CRM endpoint, Sytist form, or secure external form is ready. Until then, this configurable CTA avoids collecting applicant information insecurely.
